1. Acceptance of terms.

By accessing or using SignalView AI, the SignalView AI website, and any related applications or services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Description of the service.

SignalView AI is a market intelligence and analysis tool. It aggregates market data, applies automated and AI assisted analysis, and presents signals, visualizations, and research outputs to its users.

The Service may connect to third party cryptocurrency exchanges, market data providers, and AI model providers in order to deliver its functionality.

The Service may display market data, news headlines, article excerpts, links, and other content obtained from third party sources, including exchanges, market data aggregators, and financial news publishers. Such content is provided for informational purposes only, remains the property of its respective owners, may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and does not represent the views of, nor is it endorsed by, SignalView AI or its operators. All trademarks, logos, and copyrighted material displayed in or through the Service are the property of their respective owners. SignalView AI links to original sources where reasonably practicable, and no claim of ownership is made over third party content.

3. No financial advice.

AI generated outputs can be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. Markets are volatile and unpredictable. You are solely responsible for any trading or investment decision you make, and you should consult a licensed financial professional before acting on anything you see in the Service.

4. Investment risk.

Trading and investing in financial markets, including cryptocurrencies, carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of all of your capital. Past performance of any signal, strategy, backtest, or model is not indicative of future results.

You acknowledge that SignalView AI has no knowledge of your financial situation, risk tolerance, or objectives, and makes no representation that the Service is suitable for you.

5. Data handling and storage.

Your conversations, settings, and memory may be stored in your browser's local storage and may also be processed or stored on our service infrastructure (including Cloudflare services and, where used, AWS) as needed to operate features such as chat, research, alerts, and saved memory. The Service is not a device-only or zero-knowledge service, and browser storage is not encrypted by the application. Do not submit passwords, API keys, confidential documents, or sensitive personal information through the Service.

To generate a response, the Service sends the content required for that request — such as your prompt, relevant conversation history, research requests, attachments, and market context — through our servers to the AI, search, or market-data provider configured for that feature. That provider processes the data under its own terms and policies.

• An API key authenticates a request; it does not prevent the provider from receiving the submitted content.
• Provider retention periods, and any use of submitted content for model training, depend on the specific provider, API product, billing tier, and account settings. We have not verified a universal no-training or zero-retention guarantee for the Service, so you should not assume your submissions are excluded from provider training.
• We do not sell your personal data and we do not use your trading data for advertising.
• Where you connect the Service to a third party service using your own credentials or API keys, you are responsible for keeping those credentials secure and for the permissions you grant.
• Third party providers operate under their own privacy policies; we encourage you to review them.
• You can clear locally stored data at any time using the app's data-reset controls or by clearing your browser storage.

6. Your responsibilities.

• Use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• Ensure you have the right to connect any account, key, or data source you attach to the Service.
• Do not use the Service to manipulate markets, distribute malware, infringe intellectual property, or harm any person or platform.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or to us.

7. Intellectual property.

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, software, and brand assets, is owned by SignalView AI or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of the content you create and the data you connect. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely as needed to provide the Service to you.

8. Disclaimers.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, or non infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free, that market data will be accurate or complete, or that AI outputs will be correct or reliable.

9. Limitation of liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalView AI, its owners, and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or trading capital, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SignalView AI and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

11. Availability and changes to the service.

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. Features that depend on third party providers may change or stop working when those providers change their own services.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Termination.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Service at our discretion, including for violations of these terms, without liability to you.

Upon termination, the provisions regarding disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and intellectual property shall survive.

13. Governing law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SignalView AI operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
